STAND WITH HAITI TRIP: November 6-13, 2018
DEAR GUEST, PLEASE READ OVER THE FOLLOWING BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION
Although Haiti has been faithfully progressing as a nation since the earthquake of 2010, this summer the world witnessed one of its set backs. A threatening rise in gas prices ignited demonstrations across the island nation. Some of these demonstrations turned extreme, especially in the roughest and poverty-stricken areas of Port Au Prince. Consequently, some visiting mission teams and travelers were left in some precarious situations. Many organizations hosting mission trips, including the Hands and Feet Project, cancelled or postponed many summer and early fall trips. Like other organizations, Hands and Feet Project depends on the revenue generated from hosting trips to fund our mission to care for children and to help preserve families.
Haiti shouldn’t be defined by this summer’s demonstrations. We should define Haiti by its bright future. Haiti has come so far since 2010, and with your help, we can keep the momentum going.

REGISTRATION AGE RESTRICTIONS
-Individual participants must be 18 years or older to register.
-IKONDO does accommodate guests under the age of 18 who are traveling with their families or qualified Guardian/Group Leader.
-For children traveling in a small group or youth group, the age at the time of travel is 15
-For children traveling with their families, the minimum age at the time of travel is 5
Note: Parents or Group Leaders acting as Legal Guardians, may “add” guests under the age of 18 to their registration.
Your tax-deductible trip fee covers all-inclusive meals, lodging, in-country transportation, recreation, and guided exploration of Haiti.
The Trip Cost listed does NOT include airfare to and from Haiti.

Our accommodations include comfortable, well-appointed GROUP ROOMS and PRIVATE SUITES. GROUP ROOMS are separated by gender. All GROUP ROOM accommodations include comfortable bunk bed sleeping, fresh linens, and group bathrooms. If you are registering a small group or a family and are willing to be divided into our male and female group rooms, feel free to register yourself, your guests, and/or family members below.
Our PRIVATE SUITES are reserved on a first come, first served basis and may require a premium based on our seasonal demand. You can inquire about the availability of our PRIVATE SUITES for your family or small group by checking the box in the registration form below. Our Trip Administrator will respond via email to facilitate your request if available.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
At the completion of your registration you will be submitting a non-refundable/non-transferable hold deposit of $150 per person.
Your payment deadlines are as follows:
Hold deposit ($150 per person traveling) - due upon registration
Trip deposit ($400 per person traveling) - September 1st, 2018
Final Payment ($400 per person traveling) - October 1st, 2018
POLICIES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Please note that you will be required to accept our Financial Policies and our Code of Conduct that sets forth guidelines of behavior for our guests.
